We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from our Applications at any time. Updates may be released periodically and may occur automatically or require your acceptance. You acknowledge that we may require your agreement to updated terms before continued use of the Application. We have no obligation to provide updates, support for previous versions, or backward compatibility.
You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, the equipment, internet connections, devices, and service plans necessary to access and use the Applications. Your network provider's data rates and fees may apply. MEN4CHOICE EDU makes no representation that the Applications can be accessed on all devices, wireless service plans, or in all geographic locations.
Certain Applications may offer in-app purchases or be available for purchase through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store). Payment may be processed directly by the platform owner. We do not handle or store payment information. Please review the platform's terms regarding refunds and cancellations before making a purchase.
Some Applications offer subscription-based access (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly). You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's account settings (e.g., iTunes account settings for Apple). Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period ends.
Free trial subscriptions may be offered from time to time. Your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. You can cancel the trial at any time via your account settings.
EU Residents: European Union residents normally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. However, app store purchases may be subject to the platform owner's cancellation policy. Our Applications may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, content, or websites. MEN4CHOICE EDU does not control such external resources and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
MEN4CHOICE EDU shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services accessed through our Applications.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or display through our Applications, including text, images, and generated media. You must ensure that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on any intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your content unless otherwise specified.

All Applications, including their design, text, images, code, content, and documentation, are the property of MEN4CHOICE EDU or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by MEN4CHOICE EDU.
Your use of our Applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Applications, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may collect minimal technical data (such as device type and application version) to facilitate software updates, product support, and service improvement. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using our Applications, you acknowledge that data transmitted through the Application may be subject to unauthorized access or interception. You are responsible for securing your own device, including using strong passwords and keeping your software up to date. MEN4CHOICE EDU shall not be liable for unauthorized access to your device or data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MEN4CHOICE EDU does not warrant that the Applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. You use the Applications at your sole risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing disclaimers may not fully apply to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEN4CHOICE EDU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Applications. In no event shall MEN4CHOICE EDU's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEN4CHOICE EDU, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Applications, your violation of this EULA, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. MEN4CHOICE EDU may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to any Application at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 10–16 and any applicable supplemental terms shall survive termination.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania for any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. No failure or delay by MEN4CHOICE EDU in exercising any right under this EULA shall constitute a waiver thereof.
